CHANA REMAINS STEADY IN SPOT MARKETS

Chana has made a steady start in the spot markets on slow demand at Lawrence Road market in Delhi on Friday. Rajasthan line chana opened at Rs 3,450-3,475 a quintal. Karnataka Annagiri chana was being offered at Rs 3,800-4,200 a quintal. MP line chana quoted at Rs 3,550-3,575 per quintal. Maharashtra line chapa variety godown chana offered at Rs 3,800-4,000 a quintal. In Jaipur mandi Rajasthan line chana quoted at Rs 3,550 a quintal. Chana dal quoted at Rs 4,400-4,500 a quintal.
